I'll Drink To That

Overview

The Boca Raton Historical Society has a tasty message for food and wine lovers: It’s time to revel! A weekend of great wine matched with delectable culinary delights featuring acclaimed chefs and prized vintners will tempt the savvy palates of patrons at the seventh annual Boca Bacchanal. Sip, savor and bid through special events (Young Friends Take it to the Maxx! and Raise Your Glass!) and the world-class weekend of vintner dinners, The Bacchanal & Auction and The Grand Tasting.

Since its inception, Boca Bacchanal has attracted scores of top chefs and hundreds of prized vintners from the United States and Europe. Wine Spectator has named Boca Bacchanal one of America’s top 20 winefests, and we are proud to have been profiled in national epicurean, lifestyle and trade publications.

Beneficiary

The proceeds of Boca Bacchanal 2009 will benefit the Heritage Education Programs of the Boca Raton Historical Society.

Mission

Boca Bacchanal is presented by the Boca Raton Historical Society as the primary fundraiser benefiting its innovative, diverse and rapidly growing Heritage Education Programs. Widely used and appreciated throughout area schools, as well as civic and cultural organizations in Palm Beach County, the Heritage Education Programs are recognized as an essential building block for understanding the unfolding history of Boca Raton. A festive weekend, which celebrates and enhances the appreciation of wine and food, Boca Bacchanal brings together world-class chefs and vintners, offering their finest specialties, while providing the entire community with a delightful opportunity to support an outstanding cause.
